Registration & Payment



Conference presenters should register online by 15 October and submit camrera ready copy of their papers via email after attending to reviewers comments. Authors should make the registration payments by 30 October 2014. There is a late registration fee for authors and a cutt-off date to include the paper in the proceedings.


Participants are encouraged to register by early to enjoy discounts offerred.

Please submit evidence to claim discounts. 


Undergraduate Students should submit their request through Dean of the Faculty or Director of the Institute certifying undergraduate status. Student discount is not applicable for Postgraduate or any other student.

Only Early Bird registration can be combined with the listed discount categories and that too up to a maximum of 25% discount entitle for IEEE and any internationals participating from South Asian Countries.
Please note that the deadline for registration and full payment for Presenter (Authors) is 2nd November 2014. If preenter does not pay the registration fee by the deadline, a late registration fee of 25% will be imposed. The late registration deadline is 9th November 2014. No Presenter registrations will be accepted after 9th November 2014. If the presenter fail to register by this date, the paper will NOT be published in the ICTer Conference proceeding.
Refund/Cancellation: 10% administrative fee is applicable for any cancellation on or before 30th Nov 2014 for participants. No refunds will be made for author registrations and any requests made after 1st December 2014.
IMPORTANT: It is the policy of the Conference office NOT to supply an invitation letter to unpaid or unregistered participants. Upon payment of registration, the participant may request an invitation letter by emailing
